Terms of use / Effective July 22, 2026

Useful tools.
Your final call.

Who may use KITWRKS

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. If you use KITWRKS for a client, employer, or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for them and to connect the accounts and business assets you select.

What we provide

KITWRKS provides websites, hosted browser applications, downloadable automation builds, setup guidance, and optional connection services, including Mass Creative, hosted interactive lead magnets, and Meta Ad Loader. Subject to these terms, we give you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use a build for your own business or client work. You may not resell, sublicense, or misrepresent a KITWRKS build as your own product without written permission.

Mass Creative outputs

Mass Creative produces draft advertising creatives from the offer information, source pages, instructions, and assets you provide or approve. Automated quality checks can flag common problems, but they do not guarantee that an image, statement, product detail, or visible line of copy is accurate. You must review every output before publishing it or spending money to distribute it.

Upload only content you own or are authorized to use. You are responsible for product and service claims, required disclosures, intellectual-property rights, destination pages, audience selection, and compliance with applicable law and advertising-platform rules. KITWRKS does not guarantee approval, delivery, conversion performance, or any business result from a generated creative.

Hosted lead magnets

You are responsible for reviewing generated inputs, scoring, AI analysis instructions, recommendations, claims, consent language, privacy links, and calls to action before publishing. Generated content is a starting point and may be inaccurate or unsuitable for your audience. Do not use a hosted tool to collect passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, medical records, or other unnecessary sensitive information. Do not use it to make high-stakes legal, medical, financial, employment, housing, insurance, or eligibility determinations.

Some published tools use AI to interpret prospect answers or create a sample deliverable. You must disclose that use when required, monitor the tool's output, and avoid presenting generated analysis as guaranteed, professional, or independently verified advice.

You must have authority to connect the Google Sheets, GoHighLevel, webhook, CRM, or automation destination you select. You are responsible for providing required notices, obtaining valid consent, honoring unsubscribe and deletion requests after a submission reaches your system, and complying with the rules that apply to your business and audience.

Your accounts and authority

Access to hosted tools is associated with the identity supplied through the site-managed sign-in flow. You are responsible for protecting access to that identity and for activity performed through your KITWRKS account.

You may connect only accounts, ad accounts, Pages, Instagram identities, datasets, and other assets that you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your accounts and for promptly disconnecting or revoking access you no longer want.

Meta Ad Loader safeguards

Meta Ad Loader can create a new campaign, ad set, and ads from the settings you select, or create ads in a compatible destination you already use. It requests that Meta create every new object paused. You must review the account, campaign, ad set, budget, targeting, placements, conversion setting, creative, copy, URL, tracking, and final status before activating anything. KITWRKS does not activate ads, select interest targeting, choose your budget, or make spending decisions for you. The paused-only workflow is a safety control, not a guarantee that Meta will preserve a requested status or accept an object.

Your content and compliance

You keep ownership of the creative, copy, data, and other material you provide. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to use it. You are responsible for the accuracy of claims, destination pages, disclosures, audience choices, and compliance with applicable laws, industry rules, Meta's terms, advertising standards, and platform policies.

Third-party services

KITWRKS depends on services we do not control, including Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Cloudflare, Supabase, Kit, Moonshot AI, Google Gemini, Google Cloud Vision, ScrapeCreators, Google, GoHighLevel, Stripe, Railway, connected webhook and automation providers, and internet or hosting providers. Their terms, availability, permissions, review decisions, and fees apply separately. KITWRKS is an independent product and is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Meta.

No performance or approval promise

Workflow checks reduce common setup mistakes; they do not guarantee that Meta will accept, approve, deliver, or keep an ad active, or that any campaign will perform. Marketing and advertising results depend on factors outside KITWRKS' control. You remain responsible for final review, activation, monitoring, and spend.

Prohibited use

Do not use KITWRKS to break the law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, distribute malware, evade platform enforcement, gain unauthorized account access, deceive users, interfere with the service, or attempt to extract secrets from the connection service. Do not upload content you are not entitled to use.

Fees and ad spend

A build may be offered free unless a page clearly states otherwise. Mass Creative may add 5 starter credits once to an eligible first-time Mass Creative workspace under the current starter policy. Historical starter grants and existing balances remain unchanged. Paid Mass Creative plans are monthly subscriptions that include the number of credits shown before checkout. Subscription credits reset to the plan allowance on each successful monthly billing date. Unused credits do not roll over. Active subscribers may purchase one-time top-up credits when offered. Those top-up credits share the subscription balance and expire at the next monthly credit reset. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between workspaces, and are consumed when you request the corresponding generation work. A credit may be returned when the service records a final material blocking quality result; minor variations and quality warnings do not automatically return a credit. Paid Meta Ad Loader access is billed by Stripe at the price and renewal interval shown before checkout. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, a subscription renews until canceled. You may cancel future renewals through the Stripe billing portal when available or by contacting hello@kitwrks.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless the checkout page states otherwise. Subscription fees and completed top-up purchases are non-refundable except where required by law or when KITWRKS confirms that paid credits were not delivered.

You are responsible for Meta ad spend and any third-party account, API, hosting, internet, or platform charges. We will not infer or approve a budget on your behalf. Canceling a KITWRKS subscription does not pause, cancel, or delete anything in your Meta account.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue a build or connection service, including when a third-party API or policy changes. We may also restrict use that creates security, legal, or platform risk. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KITWRKS is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or a particular business result. Nothing in the builds is legal, financial, or advertising compliance advice.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Build Better Digital LLC, KITWRKS, and their operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profit, lost data, account restrictions, rejected ads, or advertising spend. Our total liability for a claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid KITWRKS for the affected service during the previous 12 months or US$100. Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation, so mandatory rights still apply.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be sent to hello@kitwrks.com. Our privacy policy and data deletion pageexplain how information and Meta connections are handled. These terms are governed by applicable United States law and the law of the state where Build Better Digital LLC is organized, without overriding mandatory rights that apply in your jurisdiction. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, a dispute must be brought in a court with jurisdiction over Build Better Digital LLC's principal place of business.
